Meal Plans

Eliminate the tyranny of choice. No tracking necessary. Our meal plans are designed with your unique macronutrient needs in mind. We give you the foods and amounts, you prepare the meals!


Meal Plans Are Good For:

  • Those who do not mind eating the same foods every day

  • Those who are able to meal prep once or twice per week

  • Those who eat most meals at home

  • Those with body composition or performance goals

  • Athletes in training

  • Those looking to improve food quality

Meal Plans Include:

  • Each Meal Plan provides a template and a choice of foods to eat with each meal. They based on single ingredient/minimally processed items. We have dairy and gluten free options as well. At this time we are not able to provide vegetarian or vegan meal plans.**

  • Covers both micronutrient and macronutrient needs

  • One meal off plan per week- guidance for this available based on your goals.

Costs:

  • Full Meal Plan + a full macronutrient analysis including macros-$250

  • Add a weekly check-in to make sure things are swimming along-$60/ month- includes support and macro tweaks, if needed to your plan
