Adding Biometrics, Workouts and Notes.

Tapping the big orange “+” gives you many options. You can “add food”, “add exercise”, “add biometrics (sleep and weight) or “add note” to communicate with your coach!

To add weight and/or sleep manually:

Tap add biometric

Search for weight (or sleep)

Log your weight (or sleep)

Choose the group in which you want to log the data (sleep/weight/workout)

Tap “ add to diary”

To add workouts (including walking) manually:

Tap “add exercise”

Search for your workout type (Walking is “General Walking”)

Fill in duration and effort (time spent doing the activity and the intensity of the activity during)

Choose the group in which you want to log the data (sleep/weight/workout)

Tap “ add to diary”

Logging water:

You coach has updated your water widget to reflect your personal goal. We will be moving to ounces on this app. 1 serving= 32 ounces (1 liter). You can log different amounts of water sequentially until you have reached your goal or the end of the day, the app will tabulate you various entries.

Under the water widget, tap “+ add custom”

Put in your amount.

If you want to just add 1 liter (ie 32 ounces) at a time, tap the plus sign INSIDE the water glass and that will log 32 ounces (ie 1 liter.)

Using the Notes Feature:

Tap “add note” to report any issues with recovery, hunger or to leave your coach a note.

You may also leave information about PMS/Menstrual cycle here if that applies to you, or just mention that in your pre-check in. You can report energy levels here or anything else that may be pertinent. Talk to us here!
